Comfortable beds, climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV in the room. Favourable location in the middle of jackson and with a view on mountain. Also - just off 24/7 buses which are parked under Clock tower and mosque.
Not qualified staff!

Convenient Location and Clean Rooms
During our stay at Lamar Al Bait, we found the location to be very convenient for visiting the nearby haram. Although the hotel is not right next to the haram, they provide a free bus service every 30 minutes during Ramadan, making it easy to reach the haram. The rooms were also very clean and well-decorated, giving a modern and comfortable feel to our stay.

Great experience over Christmas period. Complementary fruits and drinks offered on arrival. Ideal location for nearby attractions and easy access with public transportation. Spacious rooms for comfortable stay.
Lack of restaurant facilities on the premises, forces guests to leave the hotel to search for food. Inadequate room service attendance that requires frequent follow-ups and not on a timely basis.

During my stay, I appreciated the hotel facilities, which were modern and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, making my check-in and check-out experience smooth and stress-free. Moreover, the transportation service, including the free 24/7 shuttle bus, was reliable and on time, making it convenient to travel around this city.
Was all great.

Spent xmas in a modern and comfortable hotel. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the bus service to the nearby location was reliable. The hotel's decor is new and stylish, with comfortable beds that are perfect for getting some rest after a long day of sightseeing. The location is very convenient, with key landmarks within easy reach.
The washroom was uncomfortably small, making it difficult to shower properly, and a kettle and tea/coffee facilities were absent from the room, which could have been a nice touch. I had to wait for the receptionist to arrive as he was not always available, and the shuttle service to the hotels was not always regular.

Our recent stay was a pleasant experience. The hotel location is convenient with accessible buses and shops nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The bathroom was small but clean. The staff was helpful and cooperative, addressing any issues we had promptly. The free shuttle to the nearby attraction was a great perk of our stay.
The lack of readily available parking.
